Inside Flow Yoga

Join us for a transformative afternoon with Melisa Soares, as she leads us in a fun Inside Flow Yoga class at Nutrition 53 in Hoschton, GA! In this special class we will move through yoga postures to the beat of a carefully curated music playlist, with the grand finale of the class being a perfectly sequenced flow to a special song. Inside Flow Yoga is a choreographed Vinyasa Flow practice founded by Young Ho Kim.
